Preconfigure server in pgadmin

The Postgres server is now pre-configured in PGAdmin. You just have to set the DB Password one time. Alternatively, there is a docker/pgpassfile provided but to make it work but you have to set his permission to 0600 and 5050:5050 inside the container.
